We also have a list of resources and we provide estimates. Clients who are DYI will opt to do what they can themselves. The consultation alone provides a lot of direction and eliminates wasted time and money for Sellers.
Step Two: Choose a Package
When you are 5 days from being ready for our team:
Step One:
Go to Schedule & Pay: Once this is complete, the stylist (designer) will begin to review and tag inventory from our warehouse specially suited to your home. At this time, your realtor will schedule a professional photographer.
Step Three:
We confirm the scheduled day and the movers load the afternoon prior to the stage with both you and your realtor. Its is super important that we have the correct address and supra code, garage code or key available.
Step Four: Its Staging Day. Our movers and stagers begin the art of creating a magazine look for great online showings! The staging process takes 3-4 hours.
